If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value. If we have already started working on your project, we may charge up to 100% of the order value.

Refund Policy:

However, if you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and issue a refund if we determine that we did not meet your requirements.

Please note that we may require additional information or clarification to process your refund request. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used to place your order.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy:

Please note that we do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If you have approved the final draft of your project and have already received the final deliverables.

  • If the project was cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, such as a natural disaster or other unforeseen events.
